Ruler not visible in Outlook 2007

Can anyone advise how to ensure the ruler is visible in new messages, so as
to be able to set tabs with ease.

Click on the ruler icon above the scroll bar on the right.

Thank you so much, Robert...I didn't know it was there. I'd searched Outlook
help for 'Show Ruler' to no avail.
