Run Detect and Repair Did Not Help

My Outlook is corrupted, probably with a visus though my virus scann (Trend
PcCillin) is not finding it. As suggested, I ran Detect and Repair out of
the Help menu and that does not correct the problem. I cannot delete
outgoing files and I cannot move files between folders. I have deactivated
my e-mail account in Outlook to keep it from replicating outbound messages.

May I reload Outlook from the Office Professional Disk, and if so, will my
messages and folder remain intact?

Thanks

Yes, an uninstall/reinstall never touches user data.

Did you run the inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) against your *.pst files?
Also, how big are your PST file(s). There are size and item count
limitations.
