save Publisher as HTML

I am trying to create a newsletter in Publisher 2007, which I need to save as
HTML so that I can import it into Constant Contacts. How do I save a
Publisher 2007 document as HTML? Thanks!

It will not work to save as a pdf and send as an attachment. The templates
that I need to import into will only allow me to bring in HTML. I know how
to publish as a website, but that does not tell me the specific HTML, or at
least I have not found access to that. ANy ideas on that?
