Hey guys-
I have a group of tasks that is repeated everytime we get a new account
come in. So- we get word of a new account, I need my assistant to do
5-6 different tasks (and they need to be separate so that I KNOW each
step got done when she completes it, etc). Then my other employee has
about 4-5 other tasks to be completed, then I have 4-5 tasks to be
completed, etc. Instead of retyping these, and reassigning them each
and every time, I want to be able to just grab one pre-defined 'group'
of tasks, 'load' it into my tasks, and have it automatically assign all
the tasks out within the new account's category. Is there any way to
save/load/setup pre-defined tasks all in one 'group'?
ie- the category name would be 123 E Main St. The sub group mught be
'New Account Setup'. So, I create a new category named 123 W Main St,
and grab or load a group called 'New Account Setup' underneath that
category. Now, there's automatically about 20 tasks already assigned
out and ready to go....
