I was trying to delete some old headers in my inbox from an old account. I
got a pop-up window saying that I should use the scanpst.exe tool to fix the
errors in my inbox. I located the tool and ran it on my outlook pst file. Now
I am unable to view new messages in my inbox even though they are being
downloaded. I just cant see where the messages are going. Additionally, I am
not able to delete any message from my inbox. I just get a message saying -
"The messaging interface has returned an unkown error if problem persists
restart Outlook."
However even after restarting the situation is the same. Pls help.
