scheduled tasks do not start

when I click on the log file of scheduled tasks that could not start, I get
the following messages:
general page initialization failed
the specific error is
0x80090016 keyset does not exist
an error has occurred attempting to retrieve task account information. You
may continue editing the task object but will be unable to change task
account information.

Any ideas?

Sorry, this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, the database product.

When you re-post your question to an appropriate group, perhaps you
should tell them, uh, what OS you are using?

It sounds like Windows OS question (???) since Sheduled Tasks is part of the
Windows OS.

If that's the case, suggest you re-post to one of the relevant Windows
newsgroups. This newsgroup is actually for Microsoft Access, a database
application.
