1. I have a search folder called 'Sent Mail' with only one criterion:
Category contains 'Sent'
that searches every folder.
2. I have a rule that assigns Sent category to every message I send.
3. I have enabled rules on all RSS feeds.
4. I have enabled "Save forwarded messages option.
5. I have enabled "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with
original message" option.
6. I forwarded an RSS article to someone.
7. I found a copy of that message in the RSS folder; it was assigned my sent
category.
8. Now the problem: that forwarded message was not listed in my "Sent Mail"
search folder. A search folder can be used to find RSS articles and normal
messages, but it does not appear to be able to find forwarded RSS articles.
This is either a bug, a design oversite, or I doing something wrong.
