I am running Outlook 2007. I have archived older emails into a separate .pst
file that I normally have zipped and unavailable. When I need to look for
something, I unzip the pst file and open it in Outlook. Thus it is not
indexed, nor do I want to wait for it to indexed.
Is it possible to search the email messages using the old style "find" that
was available in Outlook 2003 and earlier?
I have tried "Advanced Find" under the Tools menu and it does not find any
emails either. This occurs even when I enter an email that I know is in the
archive into the Advanced Find box.
Any help is appreciated.
