Using Visio 2002 Pro on Win XP one can use this method.
Display Visio drawing. Select Edit|Copy Drawing. Open a
new Visio drawing and set Paper and Page Size to desired
hard copy size. Paste Special as Picture (Enhanced
Metafile). With the "picture" selected, multiply (*) the
Width and Height values in the Size & Position Window by
an appropriate scale factor for how enlarged you want the
drawing to print. For example, if you want a section to
print twice as large as the original, multiply by 2. If
you enable Format|Protection's Aspect Ratio, you will
only have to multiply the Width or Height value rather
than both. After the "picture" is the size you want you
just simply have to relocate the "picture" such that the
section you want printed is over the virtual paper!
