selecting names from global address list

Hi there,

One of our users is experiencing problems when attempting to select a
contact name from the 'select names' dialogue box. The box freezes and
doesn't accept input to any of the text boxes or allow selection from the
address list for 3 or 4 minutes.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like a communications issue between Outlook and the Exchange server.
