I have set up a "receive-only" account along side of my normal email account.
I am using Outlook 2003 sp1. I have noticed after my normal account
send/receive happens, a secondary send occurs which generates an error. Two
email messages are trying to be sent out using the "receive-only" account
eventhough I disabled the sending option in the Account Properties for that
account. I did not add a SMTP server in the account setting and used generic
info so that I can just get emails from this account. I then have a rule
that automatically removes them from the POP server and places them in a
folder in my personal folders. I have the latest updated NAV 2004 with
absolute current sig files, the latest Spybot S&D (1.3tx) with current sigs
and I have run HiJack This and combed the registry, removing all suspect
files. I do not have a virus. I do not have Malware/Spyware. I have
scanned under both the Admin account and my main account in normal mode and
safe mode. Outlook 2003 is doing this and I can not find where from. I
tried running Sniffer Pro to see the data being sent but all i saw was that
the data was coming from Outlook. Any ideas??
