sender quota rejection

How do I avoid "Sender Quota Rejections", and how do I clean up the mess in
my Outlook after I've had one (or several!)?

Sender quota restrictions, messages size limits and the like are set at the
email server, contact your ISP or email server administrator. Clean up the
mess? Bounty, the quicker picker-upper...probably not, but we need to know
what kind of "mess" you're referring to.

Empty Deleted Items folder (it is just trash after all) and then archive more of your folders using a more recent date, such as the last 30 days.
