Sending an internal email to multiple users

Is it possible to send an email to multiple users but it only shows one
recepient address in the To box?

e.g I am sending an email to Darren Exell, Marie Bayes, Mark Hayward and
David Buxton. I only want the recepient to see their name in the TO: box.
Don't want to use the BCC option either.
