sending mail /folders

Hi

is it possible to send an email in outlook 2003 and have it automatically copy to a particular folder set up for that contact- so that i have 2 copies of the email1 in my chosen folder and 2 in sent mail. I have approx 50-60 contacts that this will apply too.

You can achieve this by creating a rule but since you have 50-60 contacts
you want to do this with I would recommend using this addin;

Any specific reason you want to save a single item multiple times? A
combination of Search Folders and Custom Views might work better.

I will look at add in for Outlook

reason for having 2 copies is that it's easier to trace if 1st either is misfield. I know that there is double redundancy etc. but haven't had lots of time learning all the whizzes with Outlook so thought this was easier way to go....
