Sent To name disappears / missing after email is sent



My company uses Exchange Server and I am using Outlook 2003. It seems that
after I send an email, sometimes the "Sent To" name/email address disappears
or is missing. It appears that the email messages are being received by the
receipient, but I cannot go back to my Outlook later to seee "who" I sent an
email to or able to sort by name (just a blank line).

How can this be corrected?
