Set default inbox

This one should be easy, I've done it b/4 but can't remember how. One of my
clients "Larry Jones" moves from computer to computer. We are on Exchange
2000 running on SBS2000. He is getting all of his exchange mail delivered
to one computer and it was showing up under 'Personal Folders' - 'Inbox'.

Easy, I thought. I had him go to 'Tools' - 'Email Acounts'- 'View/Change'
and it says Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange (Default) in the top box
(no other accounts) and I had him change 'Deliver new e-mail to the
following location' from 'Personal Folders' to 'Mailbox - Larry Jones'.

I sent a test message to him. and it came into the correct box '[Mailbox -
Larry Jones] - Inbox' and it stayed there.

The problem is tring to get his Personal Folders - Inbox copied to the
[Mailbox - Inbox]. If I drag the messages to it the appear then disappear -
moving back to Personal folders. tried to right click and move the personal
to the mailbox but that option is grey.
