Setting Default Font in Text Boxes

I know how to set the default format for text boxes in a document. Is
there a way to set a default font style, color, size etc. too?

Text boxes show up using the Normal style, so you can adjust that, or
I guess you could make a new style and just apply it after making the
text box.
