setting permissions to view contacts and notes etc

Please can some one let me know what the exact way of
setting the permissions are for someone else to view them.

I have followed the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article -
195781 and not had any success.

We are using Outlook 2000 on Exchange 5.5

Make sure you set permisions under
Mailbox-Gina Smith (example) also. Right click on it and
go to properties, permissions.....etc.
