Setup an email account in Exchange to send ONLY to dedicated 2 per

Hi guys, i have a request from a colleague who ask for an email account to be
created in order for that it to just send to 2 dedicated person on the
address book. I was wondering if this is possible on Exchange or maybe can
configure on the client itself. Please assist and appreciate your kindness in
answering. Thank you.

Will this be used by internall and externally. If each person will be receiving the email then will they be receiving it in shared mailbox or in there own mailboxes. Once you create the account you the Exchange server can be setup to forward to specific emails address or you can just create its own maibox. Give each of the 2 access to it and add it as an additional mailbox.

The software from Exclaimer also does some this for you with more options.
