share outlook email and calender between laptop and desktop?

I have outlook 2003 on my desktop and my laptop. Is there any way that I can
share infor (downloaded email and calender and contacts) between the two?

it is a comcast.net email account
as of now I have been downloading the email into outlook onto my desktop.
So it is not on the comcast.net server now
