Most of our staff shares computers and oftentimes the
computer is logged on as a generic username, but sometimes
a person will logon as themselves to get to their files on
the server.
In Outlook 2003 I see you can setup multiple profiles but
that list of profiles sees to be tied to the user that is
logged on. For example, if the generic user is logged on
and then I setup a profile for me that would be fine. But
if the next time I use this computer, Joe is logged on,
then I would have to create my profile again. There are so
many variations of this that that could be a nightmare.
Currently we are using Profilemaker to do this but I am
looking for a solution without a 3rd party program. Does
anyone have some suggestions?
