Is there a way in Outlook to create your own shortcut to use the accent á,
Looking for an easier wan than - Press and hold the <Alt> key and then press
0225.

With a tool called AllChars (http://allchars.zwolnet.com/) it's fairly easy
to add accented characters. To add "á", for example, press CTRL, then "a",
then '. Not exactly a shortcut, but certainly more intuitive than Unicode
entry or Charmap.
