Show only due today and not started tasks on outlook today

Have tried to customise Outlook to only show tasks that are due today or not
started. Have used the "change the DWORD" instructions to allow customisation
- but still get crossed oout completed tasks displayed as well. Can change
tasks displayed in the "TASK" view - but not "Outlook Today" view. Can anyone
help?
