In my Sent Mail I have mail which has the receipent's email address
surrounded by single parentheses and also email to the same receipient where
the parentheses are missing. This could be a difference in mail sent via
Outlook 2002 and 2003 which I have retained. I also have emails sent to
multiple receipients.
My question is that when I click on the Sent To column to sort by recipient,
mail is sorted by the email address such that all the emails where there are
no parentheses are separate from where there are parentheses and these are
separate from emails sent to that individual among a group of receipients.
Is there a way to sort email by recipient which avoids these distinctions?
