Hi There,

I have three general questions that you may be able to help me with.

1 - How can I make Access to play a sound file. (i.e, when they log in, a
bit like windows.)

2 - Can I make it show animations, when they spell check it and there is a
mistake, make it bring up an animation of a wagging finger.

3 - Can I make it so when it performs the spelling mistake and there is no
error to not bring up the Spell Check Complete and all Okay box.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Many thanks

Lee

1. To play a WAV file, check http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0011.htm at
"The Access Web". To play a MP3 file, check my November, 2004 "Access
Answers" column in Pinnacle Publication's "Smart Access". You can download
the column (and sample database) for free at
http://www.accessmvp.com/djsteele/SmartAccess.html

2. To show an animated GIF file, check what Stephen Lebans has at
http://www.lebans.com/animatedgif.htm or (better)
http://www.lebans.com/animatedgifplayer.htm

3. To be honest, I'm not sure whether there is a way to bring up an All OK
message.
