specific rule

I need a rule that takes sent items out of the sent folder and places them
into inbox. Can this be done?

Yes. You HAVE looked through the options available in Rules and Alerts?

have looked. cannot find that specific type of rule. any help is appreciated.

make a rule to move messages as the arrive and use run it now on the sent
folder
