Standard picture size

I am creating a mail merge document using an Excel spreadsheet as a data
source. I have 4 pictures per page. The spreadsheet stores the pathname for
the pictures, which I use as a merge field in the Publisher document. The
pictures have been cropped to different sizes, but I need them all to be 3x3
in my finshished merge documents. Is there some way to force the pictures to
fit the frame, even though this will distort the picture somewhat?

Is your 3x3 inches? How are you placing the images? 4 times 3 is 12 inches.

Are you using standard letter stock? You can only have one merge on your screen
for the merge to work correctly.

Setup your page as if you are working with labels. Insert the picture field,
right-click, size tab, change the size to 3x3.
