Start Each Year on New Page

Can a report be set up so that each change in Year would start at a new page.
In sorting and grouping I have the Keep Togehter set up as Whole Group.
This worked fine when the year has a lot of data, but I have a couple of
years that are less than a page long togther. Then it just lists the 2nd
years information at the bottom of the page of the first year.

Both Header and Footer objects in reports have a ForceNewPage property that
you can set.
