Start-to-start and finish-to-finish

How do I set a start-to-start AND a finish-to-finish dependency?

My project have a coordination task that should start with the first task
and should finish to the last task.

The question is that I would like to link the start of the coordination task
with the kick-off meeting, the first task of the project, and finish of the
coordination task with the acceptance of the project.

How can I do it?
