Stitching Project 2007 Pages

Mike Hammon

Like most users, my project Gantt chart view spreads over multiple pages. I
want to be able to print all of the pages and tape them together in a large
wall chart, but can't find a way to delete the top and bottom rows on pages
after #1, so that what I get on pp. 2 and after just has the task rows.

Otherwise, I spend time at the paper cutter manually cutting each page's top
and bottom rows off.

A Project competitor FastTrack Schedule has this capability using the Wall
Chart print option.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to set up follow-on pages to print just
the task rows?

Thanks,
Mike

Awww! This brings up fond memories of many delightful hours, cutting
and taping Gantt Charts and Network Diagrams together! :)

AFAIK, there is no other way. Sounds like a very nice option in
SureTrak. I'd guess that Primavera is more responsive to it's
customers than M$.

Sometimes we take it to a local FEDEX/Kinko's and print it on a plotter. You
may need to bring a laptop since they may not have Project. Then you just
have to install a driver on the laptop.

(If you are not familiar with Kinko's, they are an American company that has
printing facilities and small office cubicles. They cater to small companies
who need to get in, print, and get out.)
