I have a summary task that shows a duration of 4.5 days, yet one of the child tasks is 5 days long. How can this be? The bar on the summary task spans 6 business days (there are actually two tasks in the group that have dependencies), but it still shows duration of 4.5
I have tried changing the duration of the child tasks in order for the software to re-calculate. If I set both to 0 days the summary will go down to 0, but if I make one child task for 1 day, the summary states .13.
Ok, I can understand how a summary task can have a duration longer than the sum of the child durations, but this one seems just to be a bug.
