Supress headers/footers first printed page

Does anyone know of any code that will enable you to supress headers and
footers from the first printed page of an excel worksheet?

I guess I should also add that I am printing to a PDF file, so printing the
first page, and then using vba to add the footer and print the remaining
pages does not work.

Ron's code prints the sheets in two different print runs. Unfortunately this
does not work for my PDF printing needs.
