Switch between Design Mode and "Running" Mode

Hi all,

I need to switch between design mode and running mode when I code form, how
can I do it?

In the toolbar you should have button like a blue set square sitting on a
ruler and with a pencil. Called Design Mode . It toggles design on and off.
