Sync offline folders

I've set up an offline folder for the inbox and sent msgs. I would like to
sync deletions in one direction only - deletions in the offline mailbox would
be duplicated in the online mailbox, but deletions in the online mailbox
would NOT result in deletions in the offline mailbox. I've searched "help"
and this forum and am still stuck about how to do this. Can anyone help?

Synching can never be one way, otherwise it would not be called synching.
You can move items you want kept in the one store to another folder while
deleting them from the store where you no longer need them, but it would be
a manual process.
