Sync Shared Calendar to Windows Mobile Using Active-Sync

Hello,

I was just wondering to find out any solution for this issue:
How to sync manager's shared calendar in Outlook/Exchange environment to
his/her assistant's PDA?

Example:
Manager: Joe
Assistant: Mike

Joe has shared his calendar in his Outlook so that Mike can see Joe's
calendar from Mike's Outlook full client - this works fine

Mike has a PDA with Windows Mobile 5 installed. He can sync his Outlook
content (e.g. email, calendar) to this PDA using his credential (e.g. Mike's
username and password)

Mike wants to be able to see Joe's shared calendar from this PDA as well,
using his credential (not Joe's) - this is the problem, there is no option on
the Active-Sync to view/open shared calendar to be sync to the PDA.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can't do it with Outlook itself.

Might be a third party app on slipstick
(http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mobile.htm). If not, the only solution I
could think would be to set up an application that copies all events from
the shared calendar into the sync'ers calendar so that they sync.
