Is it possible to synchronize Web Outlook 2003 and PC based Outlook
2002?
This is a non-sequitur. Outlook Web Access is an Exchange client and will
only show you what is on the Exchange server. It stores nothing locally on
your PC. It can't synchorinize with anything. Outlook 2002 is also an
Exchange client (if configured to use Exchange) and will show you exactly
what OWA shows you if the primary delivery location is set to Exchange. If
it's set to a Personal Folders file, however, Outlook will download the
Exchange contents to the PST, robbing OWA from the ability to see it because
it's not on Exchange any more. Think of OWA as an open window looking in on
your living room. You can see the couch through that window. If, however,
you move the couch into the bedroom, OWA, which is still looking at the
living room, can't see it because it's no longer there.
