syncing on a sharepoint server

has anyone had problems syncing onenote 2007 beta2tr with a sharepoint
server? I will get the error message that the file is in use by another
computer, etc. Several hours later, it will then sync, then it won't sync,
then it will, etc. I've contacted the sharepoint site and they say there is
no problem on their end. (the file is not in use by anyone else as this is
a "test" project and no one else has access).

Any suggestions or does anyone know of a sharepoint site that is known to
work with ON without any problems? Thanks!

Are you talking about SharePoint at a hosting company or something like
that? Can you confirm the version of SPS and/or WSS being run on that
server?

Where are you seeing that error message? In the Notebook Sync Status
screen? Can you post the exact error message including any error codes
(like 0x2 and 0x3)?

Can you also do a quick Help | About to confirm you're running B2TR? I
had a lot of strange unexplained sync errors (including references to
unknown and in-use files, etc.) with Beta2 which have gone away in B2TR.
I'm storing on a private SP server at my company, so I can't say if using
an external hosting company is a factor.
