Tags!

I use tags all the time and it would be great if we could have new
functionality with tags such as:
- 3 (or more) state tag. I use the To do tag all the time and mark items
complete when finished but I want to be able to mark items with a Red X for
things that I no longer have to do. For example, Ctrl+1 adds the empty box,
Ctrl+1 again marks it complete with the red check, Ctrl+1 again marks it with
a red X, Ctrl+1 removes the tag altogether.
- Ability to create my own Tag symbols
- Ability to download other tags or a tag Power Toy.

Good requests.

With regards to the three-state tag why not use the Empty box for a To-Do,
check the box when it's done or replace the box with just an X Tag in the
same color (Red isn't available but blue, yellow and green are) for things
you don't have to do anymore.
