I am unable to send out email from my brand new computer using Outlook XP Pro
because of a this task scheduler error. I was sent this solution, and I
can't figure out where to find these patches. Please let me know how to
procede.

and upgrades the MS task Scheduler to a newer version. This patch can be
obtained by having the contacting Microsoft support stating that you need the
hot-fix for article Q812400 and upcoming article Q812960. A free support case
will be created for you to get the update. All this will be done by
Microsoft.
