Taskmanager has multiple OUTLOOK.EXE processes running. What's g.

For some reason, Outlook isn't ending all of the OUTLOOK.EXE processes when I
close and exit Outlook. i have to manually go in and end them.
How do I get this resolved. I always have updates loaded yet no fix in site.
