hi,
I am working on a teaching project with the total duration of 5 years. Teachers are teaching verity of topics to our client's staff.
We do not know in ahead of time exactly when all the teaching courses will be offered during the next 5 years due to availability of the teachers, also, teachers may travel to the client’s site several times to finish a topic.
How can I use MS-Project for such project which tasks are not continuous and have unpredictable gaps?
Also, I need help on how to calculate the progress of such tasks.
