Text boxes not appearing in print preview and while prining

Hi,

I have Word 2003 and am having trouble getting data and pictures stored in
text boxes to appear. This is happening both in files that people are
sending to me and in ones that I create. I can create and see that text
boxes on the screen and can edit them. When I go to print preview they do
not appear and when I print there is nothing there. I tried uninstalling and
reinstalling my Office 2003 on my XP PC but this did not solve the problem.

Can someone help?
