Does that error message perhaps say Microsoft EXCHANGE server? It's important
when you include an error message to make sure it's exact or you leave anyone
who might like to help guessing.
Are you connecting to a Microsoft Exchange server? Those are usually used in
a business enivronment. If you're a home user, that's not the type of account
you would normally have so I would recommend that you delete and create a new
profile, using the correct type of email account that you have. If you're not
sure of the account type and the settings, please contact your ISP or visit
their website.
