Wife was trying to cut/paste an email and does not know what happened but
somewhere in the sequence was asked if she wanted to reset settings to the
default. Since then, the Send/Receive button on Outlook 2003 is dead. Click
it, it is highlighted but does nothing. Reply, Forward, etc. all work
normally.
