TNEF question: decoding a date

P

Patasnella

I got an email receipt with attached a winmail.dat file. It's VERY important
to me to fully decode the receipt and know the exact date my message was read.
I tried some different tools (winmail opener, winmail reader,...)
But no results.
Using an exadecimal decoder (strings, on cygwin), the only useful infomation
I get is the sender (me) the recipient, the subject, and "message read on
date:
NITA

Could anyone help me decoding this date?
thank you advance

Eliz

nothing useful. the information I need is in the header of the winmail.dat
file

The date stamp on the email is the closest you'll get if Outlook or the
other tools can't decode it.
