To make a Template

Hi at all,

I'ld like to know if it is possible to make a template having an inserted
"text from file" that I make new any time with MS office or other programs
(file.txt)
Therefore It is not always the some text but it have always the some name
and it is always into the some folder.
Therefore Into the e-mail template There is not the text but it must be only
a csll to the tect.
How can I do please?
