Tracking changes made by individual users

We have several db that are used by many people. The problem we are incuring
is that fields are being changed incorrectly and we want to track changes to
show find who is making the incorrect entries.

Any suggestions you have would be appreciated.

On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com), are two small Access database
samples: "AuditTrail.mdb" and "AuditTrail2.mdb" which illustrate how to do
this. (The second one builds off of the first, so you might want to download
both, see how the first one works before trying the second.)
