How to transfer/import messages from Outlook Express 6 to Outlook 2003 on
another computer?

Transfer the OE information to the other computer and import it into OE on
that computer. Then export the mail from OE to Outlook and import the
remainder from OE using Outlook.

Thank you!.. Sounds a bit complicated and don't think i have OE on that other
computer but will try to manage :))

if you have XP on the machine then you have OE.

If you have internet Explorer, you have Outlook Express.

Hi guys, thank you for all the help so far. I have another question:
am trying to organise my mail on the old computer first so created Archive
and Archive Sent folder and moved all old messages (3years worth) to it. When
you look at the OE6 Inbox they seem gone and are only visible in Archive,
however when comparing the actual files in Local settings/Identities (which i
wanted to transfer to new computer) the size of the Inbox/sent folders has
not changed - i.e. it looks as if the old messages have been copied to
Archive and not moved... So now i have double the size... Any ideas? thx,
daniela
