My daughter typed a word document with colored fonts. When she printed the
document, it printed in black and white. I e-mailed the document to myself
and opened it under a different user on the same computer and it printed
perfectly. Why will color not print under a different user on the same
computer? How can I correct this? I checked the properties for the printer
and all of the color options are selected. I don't know where else to look.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
