Troubleshoot profiles in Outlook 2007 using Vista?

I am using Vista with Outlook 2007.

I have setup 2 email accounts using the same Outlook 2007 and requsted that
when i open Outlook it will prompt which profile to open.

After working for 1 week normally, it now does not ask which account to open
and just opens the last one which i opened previously.

I have removed one account and then set it up again...same problem.

Any ideas please.

Mail accounts and mail profiles are not related.
After working for 1 week normally, it now does not ask which account

This means that Outlook isn't closing properly. Use Task Manager to see if
the process outlook.exe continues to run after you believe it should be
closed. Make sure you don't have a PDA cradled. See this for other things
that can keep Outlook open: http://www.slipstick.com/problems/close.asp

Switching profiles and always ending up in the same one you opened first?
Here's how to deal with this irritating problem you have probably solved by
rebooting: exit your current profile and WAIT 30-45 seconds before you try
accessing your other profile(s). As simple as that. Forgot to wait and ended
up in the same profile? Don't reboot, just log off and log on again -it's
much quicker. BTW, don't bother checking the Windows Task Manager for this
quirky behaviour.
